You name it, I've tried it! From diets, detoxes, cleanses and programs to pills, supplements, shakes and pre-packaged foods. I even became my own boss, selling said products because I believed in them so much. Why? Well, because they worked! (surprised to hear that?!) I lost 20-40lbs each time I tried something new. The problem? It never lasted. I gained all of my weight back and then some after a few months each time, and hated myself even more by the end of it. I could never figure out why and thought there was something wrong with me. And then I started to see the same trend with my clients.
